Increasing real estate sales through better photography pt. 1

Are you hiring the right real estate photographer?  Here is the litmus test: “What is the purpose of shooting our property today, Bob?”  And if “Bob” answers with any other sentence than this, shake his hand and bid him ‘Good afternoon’: “The purpose of shooting your property is to help sell it.”  Sell.  It.  Not “make it look pretty”.  Not “show off the view”.  Sell it.

Don’t get me wrong: those things can help and may be a *component* of the main goal- but without the sale, the client is wasting money and time.  What do I mean by that?
