As for photographing the warehouse itself? The user cares about SPACE… so show him space. A shot from atop a ladder looking down at the support girders and concrete floor from high at one end might be unusual for showing off your home, but here? Perfect. Our buyer knows there are no restrictions for his forklifts, shelving, or whatever purpose he has for the space. And the commercial photos prove it without him ever having to drive to the site.
A warehouse buyer might need to know about amenities: a loading dock, the locks and security system in shots that are close enough to see the make and model and age and conditions of each.
